Mr. Sterling is the President and Founder of Sterling Construction Company, LLC, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, he oversees all phases of client projects to ensure consistent quality, attention to detail, and timely execution.
His work is rooted in a strong belief that a well-designed home contributes to stability, comfort, and long-term wellbeing. With a personal commitment to addressing housing insecurity, Mr. Sterling is especially driven to create spaces that serve individuals and families across a range of income levels.
Prior to launching Sterling Construction, he served as a Project Manager for Compass Contracting and Pascal Fine Carpentry. His portfolio includes high-end renovations and custom projects in neighborhoods such as Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and Newton, as well as work for professional clients including members of the Boston Bruins.
